Begg x Co is dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn and unwashed items. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all luxury tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original Begg x Co box and secure the package, ensuring the pre-printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Schedule a Collection

  Arrange a complimentary courier pickup through our portal or drop off your parcel at an authorized service point convenient to your location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
